3. You can make it work alone for starters. You may probably wondering why. When you're starting a home business, it is totally impractically to pay someone for a job that you could do yourself. And because you are still starting, cutting down on costs is important. You're also better off learning the operations of your home-based business by actually doing it yourself.

6. You should enjoy what you're doing. If you're doing something with which you are not enjoying, how can you make things work? If you are not passionate about what you do, then you will just end up disheartened. Some businesses end before they even begin because the owners are not passionate about what they are doing. Thus, make sure that you love your business.
