When I do bake cakes and muffins it always takes time for me to take them out of my mold or tray. I need my knife to scrape it out. Sometimes I have to put them back in the oven to cook them for additional minutes because it was not evenly cooked. It is cooked outside but still soft inside. Putting them back in the oven could sometimes overly cook the outside part of the cake or muffin.

It is great to know that there are baking wares that are made of flexible and non-stick silicone materials. Flexible in a way that you easily take your muffins by simple twisting it and it will slide out of your molds. It will also make your cooking fat-free because you don’t need to put butter to grease it to avoid your pastries sticking in your pan or molds. Buttering up your food will still depend on your recipe.

Silicone bake wares are resilient and flexible that makes it easier to store and take out with you anywhere. You can twist it and fold it or roll it over to store it in a smaller area or storage. When you have it back it will still have the same size and shape. Even though it deals with heat every time you put it inside the oven it will still retain its shape. You can also use it in storing your food in the freezer. Reheating it in the same silicone container or bake ware will not matter. It won’t crisp and change in colors just like what you are thinking it will do. So having it like that would mean it will last long just like your baking wares made of tins.

Supporting your bake ware when it is full would help you not to spill your ingredients on the floor. Because it flexible it has the tendency to bend or wriggle sometimes. Having a pan under it would help.
