If you think that there is a need for you to replace the old locks then do so. Always trust your gut instinct. Sometimes our feelings are telling us something important but we are too caught up in other things that we end up regretting for not listening to our feelings; there are many people who would say 'If I only followed what my gut was telling me then this shouldve never happened'. Regardless of whether your house is not a mansion it is still important that you secure your place to ensure that you and your familys lives are safe and secured.

Another thing is to make sure that you instruct your kids never to entertain strangers. It may be an old saying but it is very effective. If your kids are playing in the front yard, make sure that there is an adult overseeing them. Do not let them wander within the neighborhood all alone.
