Prior to placing a live lobster in water, don’t forget to remove the rubber bands that actually hold the claws together. Get the lobster firm in your hands and try to first place its head into boiling water. Now, once you have immersed half the lobster, you can easily release it into water. In the course of your cooking process, when you find that your lobster has attained redness, you will realize that your cooking is over and now it’s time to get it down from the pan. Well, if you wish, you can also pull off the claws from its body. After removing it from the pot, serve it in a plate along with some melting butter.
