Some use this chemical and they do achieve their objective of starting a fire faster. However, this substance can be quite dangerous, especially when you throw it when a fire is already burning. The fire can suddenly grow out of control and you could end up burning yourself or your house. Therefore, patience is needed. Use the right kind of wood to get the fire you want in no time.
Of course, safety is a basic concern to protect your home against uncertainty. Consider getting an alarm system that will alert you when carbon monoxide builds up.
Remember that staying in control with your fire is not a difficult task as long as you understand the risks and know the ways to keep them to a minimum.
